Release of Indemnity

By using the services of Gaea's Gift Communication, I agree to the following:

  • I understand that Gaea's Gift Animal Communication does not diagnose medical issues or offer medical advice. I agree to seek such advice from a trusted veterinarian. The information that is provided during your appointment is to be used by you for education, spiritual, and/or religious purposes only.
  • I agree that I will not hold Gaea's Gift Animal Communication liable for any veterinary costs resulting from any recommendations made to seek veterinary assistance. This includes any medical appointments, tests, xrays, surgeries and/or other medical procedures.
  • I will not hold Gaea's Gift Animal Communication liable for any communications that result in a missing animal not being found, or should an animal be found injured or deceased.  
  • I understand that there is no guarantees that an animal will be found through communication.
  • I will not hold Gaea's Gift Animal Communication liable for any communications that result in a missing animal found in a different area than what was communicated by the animal.
  • I understand that no refunds will be given should animal be found before all the minutes are used to search for a missing animal. Excess minutes can be converted and used for general communication.
  • I understand that errors may occur should the wrong animal be channeled during a communication.
  • I am aware that the time it takes to connect with my animal does not get charged for.
  • I am aware that should I not have read the preparation page, that any questions pertaining to the session which was covered on above mentioned pages, the explanations given will count towards the communication time.
  • I understand that animal communication is a relayed message directly from the animal, and I will not hold Gaea's Gift Animal Communication liable for any perceived inaccuracies.
  • I understand that animal communication isn’t mind control, and will not hold Gaea's Gift Animal Communication liable should any behavioural problems not be resolved. I also understand that follow up sessions might be needed, and accept that while some behavioural issues might be resolved, different behavioural problems may surface due to change.
  • I understand that even though Gaea's Gift Animal Communication offers a world wide service, time zone differences would need to be taken into account when finalising appointment times.
  • I understand that I need to provide for check-in reports when it comes to behavioural consultations. Should the check-in minutes not be used withing two weeks (14 days) of the initial consultation, all additional minutes will be forfeited.
PAYMENT, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
  • Payment via EFT (South Africa) or PayPal must be received at least 24 business hours prior to scheduled appointment. ***Proof of Payment is accepted for EFT payments, there is no need to do an immediate clearance***
  • Any payment via PayPla will have an added 3% service fee added to the overall charge.
  • There will be a surcharge should the session go over the allotted time.
  • The appointment time will only be finalised once payment has been made, until such time as proof of payment has been received, other appointments can be made with other clients.
  • Cancellations less than 24 business hours will be charged for the full appointment fee and all refund fees will be forfeited.
  • No refunds will be given to clients that cancel for religious reasons.
  • If you cancel and do not reschedule, there is a service fee on return payment.
  • Should I not be in the correct mindset for a full communication (as this can occur at times), I will request for the appointment to be rescheduled, should this not be accepted, I will refund the payment in full.
  • For people who don’t show up for their session without giving a 24-business hour notice, your appointment will be cancelled and payment will not be refunded.
  • Should I be unable to establish clear communication with the animal within the first half an hour, then I will try two more times in later intervals, should I still be unable to establish a connection, I will refund the payment in full.
  • No refunds will be given after a communication has been completed.
CONFIDENTIALITY
  • All information that is shared within your appointments is kept confidential in order to create a safe place for you to express your grief, etc.
  • Public posts with regards to your personal communication will never be uploaded without your consent, and even then, the whole story will never be told - only highlights should you agree for me to share. Should a case arise that would be interesting to share - names of all parties, as well as images will not be used for full confidentiality purposes.
  • We DO NOT sell our customer lists or e-mail addresses to other companies.
  • All South African transaction can be done via EFT (preferred).
  • Online financial transactions relating to Gaea's Gift Animal Communication are handled by our payment services provider, Pay Pal (PayPal’s Privacy Policy). We will share transaction data with our payment services providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments for services or products as well as refunding such payments.

Kindly note that no communication can be done before the Release of Indemnity form has been filled in.
