Preparing for a Communication and Other Important Information

I work remotely on WhatsApp via text not a call, The pet parent will need to be available 10 minutes before a session. While chatting to your animal, it also helps if you think of that animal while I communicate, I also need you to cast aside skepticism, as this can often impact the communication as well.  Should there be any thought of purposefully deceiving me, or to try and trap me, the reading will be off because deceptive energy from the parent will guide any reading into a negative direction.  No communications will be done unless the owner of an animal gives full permission for a reading.
Even though this is a long section to read through, please read the following carefully BEFORE the communication as anything that will need to be explained again will take away from the communication time. The Release of Indemnity form MUST be completed before any communications will be done. In cases of multiple animals - each animal that will be included in the session must be added to the form.
Payment must be made at least 24 hours before the communication will begin, should you need to ask which sessions you need to book, or if you have a special case with more than one animal, you can contact me directly via WhatsApp for specialised pricing Any additional add-ons will require payment as soon as the session has ended. Please click here for the Banking Details & Payment Links.  Booking times and days are only reserved for 12 hours and are confirmed once payment is received.
I need one clear photo showing both of the eyes – this includes dogs, cats, pigs and some reptiles. In the case of horses, livestock, birds, fish or snakes one picture of the full head area with one eye close up (this is because of where the eyes are situated on the body). This photo is only given to me 10 minutes before the start of the communication.
Please do not give me any information about the animal, except for the name of the animal as well as the type of communication that you would like me to do. Should I require any additional information, I will request it.
Please advise me beforehand if the animal is on any medication or is currently in hospital - medication can give an incorrect body scan at times.
Speaking to some animals is like speaking to a child of about 3-5 years old, they will not always elaborate - words can be mixed up, put together strangely, and they can even have their own names or nicknames for animals or people. Different images can be given at once and these images need to be separated at times.  Sometimes they will just keep quiet on certain questions and not answer at all. Some animals with "old souls" are more advanced and will speak like an adult would.
It is also important to note that animals are often gender-neutral, please do not get upset if I get the genders mixed up, they do not perceive genders the way we do.
Animals do not see, experience and explain the world the same as us, so for instance, if they see a “shiny yellow rock” – this could be a gold diamond ring. Or I will taste grass, smell paint, feel what is under their paws, etc. - this can also be something that they either need in their diet, treats that they would like or a smell that they like or that is bothering them. They also tend to describe things a little differently to us and even use pet names for other animals in the house. For instance, a “chico” can be a chicken.
Places and things can also be described differently. I have had an animal tell me that they are next to the "pole", but showed me a tall lighthouse. And have found that in the cases of cats, they may be explaining a whole different household, this happens when cats spend time in more than one home (common).
Sometimes another animal wishes to come through – it is important that should my communication not match the animal that has been booked, we look at other animals, whether they have crossed over or are alive to see if they are coming through instead of the intended animal.
Animals might be very philosophical and cryptic or direct and honest and certain answers can come across as insulting, please do not be offended by this, they have no filter at all, and sometimes I even feel embarrassed telling owners that their singing is annoying to their beloved animal.
From experience, I have also found that animals can show the past as well as the present, and this can sometimes cause confusion. When I speak to animals who have passed on, they will often share fond memories of their life with us. It is always important to keep in mind that their favourite memories that they have, might not even be something that you can remember.
Every communication is different, some animals are easier to talk to than others - some are chatterboxes, whereas others only show pictures, sounds, smells, etc. There are also some where I have to draaaaag answers out of them. No communications are the same, so should a friend have referred you because their animal wouldn't stop talking - please note that you may not have the same outcome or experience.
While I communicate – I will use quotation marks – this is a verbatim message in the animal’s own words which can sometimes come across as an odd-sounding sentence. If you see a sentence in bold, or with a star next to it – that is my personal observation.
Communicators can make mistakes, even though I am doing the best I can at any given moment. I cannot predict the future unless the animal gives me a specific message for the future.
Please remember that I can have “off” days when I am emotionally drained from other communications. And I will usually request to reschedule to a different day or session time.
If I am unable to establish clear communication with your animal within the first half an hour, then I will try two more times in later intervals, should I still be unable to establish a connection, I will refund the payment according to the agreement that is made upon payment. I have also made contact with an animal who told me that he “is busy” and doesn’t want to talk at the moment - in this case, I will keep checking in with the animal to see if they would like to talk. I have also been told to “butt out” and even to tell the owner to “stop worrying” – in this case, I relay the message to the owner and will check in with the animal later.
And finally, my promise to you. I will not lie to you or tell you what you want to hear, sometimes the truth is not what you would like to be communicated to you, but I am not going to sugar-coat difficult things. I will also never pretend to make a connection when I have not done so. Many of my clients can attest to the fact that I have often declined to proceed with a communication because I am not happy with the connection that was made.
I trust that you will have a pleasant experience and find insight and answers that you may have. Please read the below preparation guidelines carefully according to which service you have requested.
